 It seems to me and our customers, to be completely backwards to show the
 oldest login first in the User Login History.

 Adding:

 {{{
 $query .= " ORDER BY login_time DESC";
 }}}

 Immediately before the $query is returned in

 modules/Settings/LoginHistory/models/ListView.php

 does the trick ;-)
