Comment (by uma):

 While migration from 5.4.0 to 6.0.0

 Resources folder is missed placed in (modules/Import/)
 That should be present in (layouts/vlayout/modules/Import).

 But now its present at both places. So please delete resources folder
 under (modules/Import) directory. After removal reload the page by
 clearing your browser cache Import works fine
