 The Mail Manager and folders.
 [my e-mail, I like to organize all my data to be easily accessible, so I
 have many sub folders that I have created]
 - when entering Mail Manager, the e-mails are cached but the folders are
 scanned each time and not cached
 - folders should be collapsible and expandable
 - Would also be nice to be able to add, modify and remove folders
 - when a folder list is long, after 29 entries, the folder list continues
 and overlaps past the footer and goes even further down, perhaps including
 overflow:scroll; in a div may resolve this issue.
 - emails which include attachments in emails do not seem to show up at all
