 Individual selection of records on campaign related list not respected on
 page change.
 Spent the major part of the day tracing this one and couldn't stop
 thinking that vtiger must have this fixed already on their ondemand
 version.
 I ended up commenting a function. I don't know if this is the correct
 solution but it works.
