 In the User's configuration screen, the checkbox label "Receive Incoming
 Calls" does not correctly explain what this checkbox does.

 Enabling that checkbox turns on support for click-to-call features as
 well. It should be re-labelled to something like "Use Asterisk".

 If this checkbox is unchecked, then the user loses click to call as well
 and incoming call notifications.

 Ideally, it would be useful the function of this checkbox actually was to
 just to turn off incoming call notifications as we have use cases where
 click to call is used but incoming notifications are not. Presumably the
 field containing the Extension number could be used to test if any
 Asterisk support should be enabled or not?
