 On testing the Outlook plugin, our customer felt that the Contact sync was
 really not very useful at all.

 In that it presented a list of Contacts that will be synced in either
 direction, (along with warnings about records which did not have mandatory
 field values) but there was no obvious way in the Outlook plugin to edit
 that list, or mark some Contacts as "do not sync" and the only thing you
 could do was either accept the whole sync in both directions or not.
