 When in Outlook, the vtiger plugin gave the following error message if you
 try and attach an email where the sender is an "internal" (company) user
 on the Exchange system. It is OK with external emails.

 Error msg: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

 I can only guess that the plugin is looking at the "displayed name" field
 of the sender rather than the actual email address, or something similar.
 Anyway, the point is the error is horrible and it happens every time you
 try and attach a mail where the mail is from a user who is part of their
 internal Exchange network.
