#7335: If record is empty  then view Details should not show for the first row

 Create a report for any module which doe not have any record.Or you can
 specify some advanced filter/standard filter condition such that report
 will show blank.Now check the first row in the report it will show empty
 but you will get a view Details link for this.Clicking on view details
 will open up another tab with following message

 '''An invalid record number specified to view details.'''

 Ideal case: If report is empty the view details link should not display
