more than one rule defined

 Do the following steps to reproduce issue[[BR]]

 In Mail Converter -> Set up rule .Create two rules in following order

 Subject Not Contains '''aaa''' -> All condition > Create ticket

 Subject Not contains '''bbb''' -> All condition > Create ticket

 Now send mail to the configured email id with subject contains '''aaa'''
 or '''bbb''' and you can see tickets will still be created.If you will put
 only one rule then it will work fine and will not create ticket but
 multiple rule will cause problem.
