 Besides the above this solution is incorrect because the
 save_related_module function is called on duplicate.

 Create a custom module, activate singlepane_view and add a custom
 save_related_module method. Try to duplicate a record. All conditions in
 the "if" of line 90 are true and the custom method is called producing an
 error since there is nothing to relate, only one created (duplicated)
 record.

 So this solution cannot be generalized to all modules as it stands in
 version 5.3.0 of the application.
