 When setting the user account password, if the password includes < or >
 it will be encrypted and saved to the database correctly, but log in
 will not be possible, and the user has locked himself out of the
 system.

 Tested against version: 5.2.1

 How to reproduce:
   - log in and change password which include < or >
   - log out, attempt to log back in
