 Steps to reproduce the issue[[BR]]

 1-->Go to CRM. Settings > Module Manager . Disable the Customer Portal
 Module[[BR]]

 2-->Now try to log in as a contact in Customer Portal, you can see it is
 allowing you to log in.Ideal case should be Contact should not able to use
 Customer Portal if this module is disabled.[[BR]]

 3-->You can try the same case by disabling Customer Portal in Profile
 access.you can see that will also not work.
