 Solved, but require some action to correct this behaviour.

 Reproduction:
 The mistake was to hide the Support Start/End  Date using Fields Access in
 the Contacts module.

 When I create a contact the Support Start/End Date are NULL in the
 vtiger_customerdetail table, so when the system try to authentication the
 customer, the date match fails.

 For my application I want to hide this date fields, and set the Start Date
 equal the creation date and the End Date infinite (31/12/2999).

 How can I make this ?

 BTW, I think that it's better to manage this particular condition, when
 the admin remove the access to Suppor Date, because now this make a
 malfunction of the customer portal. A patch will be very appreciate.
