  * status:  new => closed

Comment:

 With Duplicates merging feature during Import in 5.1.0,

 You can now opt to either overwrite the existing record with imported
 record
 OR
 Retain the existing record and skip the imported record,

 when there are duplicate records based on the values for the fields
 selected as Merge criteria.
