Comment:

 In Vtiger 5.1.0, role-based concept is applied for Custom filters. This
 way - higher ups can view the filters of the users at lower level. But the
 lower level users do not have access the the filters created by the users
 at higher level unless they mark it as public and the same is approved by
 admin. [ Refer to changeset - [http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-
 bin/trac.cgi/changeset/12105 #12105]. ]

 Default filters are now configurable per user basis and not global. So the
 default filter varies from user to user. [ Refer to changeset -
 [http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/changeset/12328 #12328]. ]

 Key metrices will show only those filters that are accessible for the
 logged in user.
