 In office plugin, if a template has fields with numbering then after
 merged it, in a documents form, after displaying the values of all the
 fields, it will display the first number again.

 e.g. :
 if a template has 20 fields numbering then after merged it with a record,
 in new document form, it will display field the values of 1

 to 20 like:
 1. field value
 2. field value
 .
 .
 .
 19. field value
 20. field value
 1.
