 vtigercrm office plugin is not displaying if merged template is opened:

 1. In vtigercrm, merge a template with a record
 2. after merged it will open document form
 3. now at the same time if Microsoft Office is Opened from Start Menu then
 in Add-ins->  vtigerCRM plugin is not displaying.
