 Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Create a user 'user1' with role 'H1' and 'user2' with role 'H2'. (H2 is
 subordinate of H1)
 2. Add a picklist 'xyz' to any module say Leads with 10 values and assign
 all values to H1
 3. Assign 5 of above picklist values to H2
 4. Go to Leads module and check editview or detailview, picklist order is
 not the order which is specified in picklist editor
 (vtiger_rolepicklist.sortid)
