#6023: Issue with Recurring Invoice after disable the start Date and End Date

 If we will disable the start date and End date for non admin users in
 profile level or in field access ,and now if that non admin user(for whom
 you have disable the fields) will create a sales Order with recurring
 Invoice enable ,but here in this case the End date and the Start date will
 be empty  so Invoice will not get created although the recurring Invoice
 is enable.
