 1-->Give the sharing access rule Accounts and contacts as private and also
 for Potential as private ,Now add a Custom Sharing Rules for two roles
 like Roles 2 can see all the accounts and contacts of Role1 where role2 is
 below role1,so by default role 2 also can see the related Potentials of
 accounts assign to role1 but he can not see the related Potential of
 contact assign to role 1.

 2-->The '''service contract''' should also be listed while giving
 permission for Accounts and contacts like Potentials,Trouble
 Tickets,Quotes,Sales Order,Invoice.
