 The vtiger_asteriskoutgoingcalls table is created and refered to by some
 PBXManager code. Notably:

 modules/Migration/DBChanges/504_to_510rc.php. Where it is created.

 schema/DatabaseSchema.xml. Where it is mentioned.

 and

 modules/PBXManager/AsteriskUtils.php. Where there is a "select" statement,
 and a "delete" statement. But nowhere in the code can I find where data
 gets actually written to this table.

 It begs the queston why is it there?
