 After Setting the outgoing server details it display the test email could
 not be sent to admin.Even if the admin receives the test email he is not
 able to compose email from vtiger and sent it to any valid email
 address.He receivies an error 'check if the email address is valid
 address'.

 Solution:The smtp Timeout has been set to 10s in
 /modules/Emails/class.phpmailer.php,increasing may solve this issue.
