 1. I have multiple Contacts associated with a Potential and these Contacts
 may or may not be belong to Same Account.

 2. From related list of Potentials module, when I try to add a Note,
 Potential value is pre-filled.

 3. Now when I try to relate to Contact to this Notes, a popup is shown
 which is showing only One Contact. This Contact may or may not belong to
 the same account as that of the Potential. One of the Contacts from the
 list of contacts associated with the Potential is randomly picked and
 shown in the Popup.
