Comment:

 Dear Dino Eberle,

 When we create HelpDesk report, if we select "Related To" column then this
 "Entity Type" column will be shown to point out the parent type (whether
 the parent is a contact or account). This column will not be shown if the
 "Related To" column is not selected in the report list fields. This is
 expected behaviour.

 Kindly let us know if i am wrong.
