 I created a new role called "CRM Administrator" with the standard
 "Admnistrator" profile. Than I assigned the admin user to the new role.
 Suddenly there are problems with salutation.

 To reproduce this isse do the following:

 Create a lead or contact with salutation and save it. Change the role of
 the admin to CRM Administrator and goto the detail view of the entry you
 just created. You will see that the salutation is not visible. In addition
 you can verify this behavior at the Picklist Editor. Select the Leads or
 Contacts Module and the CRM Administrator Role and you will see that the
 display of the salutation field is missing.

 Now try to crate a new lead with this role. You will see that it will fail
 completely.
