 Hi,

 I found that for notes module in  list view HTML tags are getting
 displayed if related custom view has "note" column to display.

 1.Create a record, in note field provide some text using some
 formats,fonts & size.
 2.Save the record.
 3.Create a custom view which has "Note" column to display.

 Under this custom view you can see there are HTML tags getting displayed.
