 in MailScannerEdit.tpl line 131 the language expressions
 '{$MOD.LBL_VALIDATE} {$MOD.LBL_SSL} {$MOD.LBL_CERTIFICATE}' work only for
 English and is not translatable with proper Grammar into most of the other
 languages,instead use the already existing labels
 'LBL_DONOT_VAL_SSL_CERT' and 'LBL_VAL_SSL_CERT'
