 If the selected list includes more than approximately 5 addresses only a
 portion of the "compose email" page is visible.This is apparently caused
 by having more than a certain number of email addresses appearing on the
 "To" line of the email form.There is no way to expand the "compose email"
 page or scroll laterally. Only a portion of the "select template" button
 is visible on the extreme right side of the page and the "send email"
 button is not visible at all.
