 how about a another check box called "Mark Global" that will allow Global
 access? This way there could be 3 options/checkboxes (Private, Public,
 Global):

 Private - for the user's view only
 Public - for view based on the calendar sharing
 Global - for everyone's view regardless of sharing / permission

 It would also be a nice feature to choose one of these as a system default
 in the Settings section.
