 In Contact creation page , if the contact is a portal user , then we will
 provide a support for some extension. So in the page itself we would enter
 support start date and support end date. But this seems to be not working
 properly.

 For example:

 1. Create a portal user and update support start date is 2007-09-01 and
 support end date is 2007-09-25. but if the user login on 2007-09-26 that
 is after the end date expired,again he could able to login into the
 portal.

 2. Create a portal user and update support start date is 2007-09-28 and
 support end date is 2007-10-25. but if the user login on 2007-09-26 that
 is before the support starts ,he could able to login into the portal.

 so its clear that it doesn't consider the dates. So what is the purpose of
 this dates?
