 Hi,

 If I want to intimate to my customer to change particular file to solve
 his problem form '''<td>mailid</td>''' to '''<td><a
 here="#">mailid</a></td>''' in the trouble tickets comments it doesn't
 show as it is typed. rather it shows a link like <td>[mailid]</td>.
