 From webform you can use unsubscribe form to unsubscribe emails from
 vtigerCRM. In that form, you should enter the emailid. Here if you give
 empty spaces in both the end of the email id, it do not trim it rether it
 says "'''There are no record available for this mail address'''". Better
 we can trim the email id and then do the check for records availability
 for that email address.
