some fields.

 For example Do not Call,Reference,Email Opt Out and Notify Owner fields.
 If Iam having 20 records. In that for 4 contacts I enable the Do Not Call.
 If I use Not Equals To Yes It should show 16 records. but It shows 12 like
 that.
