 Create a ticket and assign it to a contact. Grand the contact access to
 the customer portal. Enter the customer portal as the contact - you will
 see the ticket. So far so good. Delete the ticket at the CRM system. Enter
 the customer portal again as the contact and you will see that the portal
 still displays the deleted ticket.
