 In Email I could not send mail to the user by selecting user's mail id
 from the use's selection popup which is provided in the compose mail
 popup.

 '''Step to reproduct:'''

 1. Open a compose popup from email.

 2. Select User mail id from the selection popup givin right side of the
 compose popup and fill the subject and save it.

 3. Then it will show an error message as "'''Please check the current user
 mailid.It should be a valid mailid to send Emails'''". sometimes it shows
 warnings also. But the current user gets confirmation mails.

 tested without configuring webmail.
