 If you create a new event a user suppose to be able to assign this event
 to other users which are below the role hierarchie. That works only if you
 crate a role hierarchie with new roles. If you use the standard roles
 (provided during installation) mixes with new created roles users may see
 not other users in the "assigned to" field even if they are below in the
 hierarchie aand the calendars are shared.

 In addition, users at the same hierarchie level, do not see each other in
 the assigned to field.
