 While mapping Leads-fields with Accounts,Contacts & Potentials fields, we
 check for field-type and field length.

 If we map fields of different types, it gives the alert message saying
 that fields should be same type.

 But if we map the fields of same type with insufficient length, it does
 not display the alert message. It should give the alert message.

 Due to this, data transfer from Leads to Contacts/Potentials/Accounts is
 not correct.
