 During installation (exe), when we provide the mysql connection
 parameters, it takes sometime to test the connectivity. But neither the
 buttons are blured nor any notification message is shown at this time. It
 might give a feeling that the process has hung.

 We need to give proper progress message to be shown at this point of time
 and disable the buttons (Back and Next).
