 I setup customer portal in my local
 machine(http://localhost/vtigerCRM/Customerportal/index.php) to work with
 a local setup of vtiger. When there is a mail sent by vtiger to the
 customer informing him of the changes made in the ticket he reported, a
 link is provided to the ticket which seems to be hardcoded:
 http://vtiger.com/customerportal/index.php?module=Tickets&action=index&ticketid=149&fun=detail
