#4190: Picklist editor still showing the removed picklist values

 For some of the picklist editors, i removed few existing picklist values
 and added new ones. When i try adding an entity of that module, the new
 picklist values are shown up. But the some of the older picklist values
 which i removed are also showing up.

 Test Cases:
 1. Type -> Potentials module
 2. Salutation -> Contacts module
 3. Priority -> Calendar module
