 Basically this is not a patch. AFAIK, a patch is a file which is the
 resultant of doing a "diff" between the pristine copy and the modified
 copy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patch_(Unix).
 The attached are complete source files, in which it's really difficult to
 trace the changes and update the production system(we may have our own
 modifications in the original source) .

 However, I have tried to copy the files to my installation and apparently
 the same error occured. On close analysis of the source code, it's seen
 that the timezone is manually set to GMT, instead of automatically
 determine from the server environment.
