 Hi,

 In a picklist we can't add a word using "'" (single quote such as levi's).

 In /module/settings/addcustomfieldtodb.php:[[BR]]
 in 5.0.3 line 288 an addslashes() is needed in the query :
 $query = "insert into vtiger_".$columnName."
 values(".$id.",'".AddSlashes($pickArray[$i])."',".$i.",1)";[[BR]]

 in 5.0.4 (maybe, i can't test my system is 5.0.3, and the code has changed
 quite a lot)[[BR]]
 line 322 $query = "insert into vtiger_".$columnName."
 values('','".AddSlashes($pickArray[$i])."',1,'".$picklist_valueid."')";
