 Hi,
 The ability to add drop-downs items for all on the fly would be a great
 feature. This should have security so a group of users can have the
 ability to add items. A nice way to do this would be to have an "add item"
 selection appear at the bottom of the list. This woudl save 6-10 clicks
 per item and be helpful by not breaking the workflow, thereby increasing
 productvity.
