 Hi frankpie,
    The picklist string in the "convert lead" div has been
 translated.Actually the working of the role based picklist is as follows
   1)No hierarchy will come for the admin generally. So all the values in
 the DB will come for the admin.
   2)When you add a new entry for a role in the picklist editor,the value
 will be inserted to the DB only when the value you are giving is not
 already presentin the DB.
    4)When you remove a value from the picklist editor, the values will not
 be removed from the databases.But it will be removed from the user-role
 relationship table.
   3)When you assign a value which is not accessible by a non admin user
 and when that user logs in, he can't see that particular value.Instead he
 will see the values as "Not Accessible".Once that user edit the picklist
 and chooses another value and save it, the Not Accessible value will go.
