 If a user doesn't have permission to access particular value in the
 picklist values, the label should be displayed as "Not Accessible". Its
 working properly in the edit view and detail view of a record. But not in
 the List View.  In calendar module this functionality is not working at
 anywhere.

 The same problem will occur while you create Report by selecting picklist
 fields columns and in the dashboard.
