 Here are few approaches we could take:
 1. If picklist value is used in combination with other field, when
 picklist value is not accessible it is better not to display the value in
 detail view. However in editview we can show 'Not Accessible' in the
 picklist select box.

 2. To give a visual feedback we can make 'Not Accessible' in red, where
 picklist value are used without combining with other field.
