 As user tester (with role Tester) created a lead record with
 Salutation Mr. and LastName: Test Lead

 After this I removed Mr. from picklist under
 (module: Lead, Role: Tester, Field: Salutation)

 Now when I see the detail view of the lead record (as tester)
 I get Not Accessible for the First Name.

 At first I felt First Name is Not Accessible anymore.

 I edited the lead information and gave the first name as 'First Name'

 I know see in DetailView:
 First Name: 'Not Accessible First Name'
