 i installed vtigercrm4_2_4
 I put it in my /var/www/crm.vtiger.com
 i created user called vtiger and gave it granted on database
 vtigercrm4_2_4
 i go through all th steps in the browser succusfully
 I found that the database hasn't been created i don't know why

 also i don't like that i can just make installation once from the browser
 then i can't do it again as now i have to remove the whole folder of
 vtiger and untar it again so that i can try installation one more time
