 Thanks for your answer. I mean the mail addresses in "Reported by:" and
 "Cc:"
 in the ticket itself wich can be viewed online. Yes, it is not neccassary
 to write my mail address in the fields, but I thought this would not be
 displayed in the online ticket and is only for internal use...
 The problem is that anyone (a Spambot for example) can visit this site to
 harvest email addresses. So, either you should put a warning note here
 that the email address will be viewable for anyone who visit this site, or
 you hide it for anonymous users, or you hide it completly.
