  * owner:  developer => mickie

Comment:

 In ticket system the notification mail contains email address. i accept.
 but the ticket details will sent only to the owner of the ticket and the
 related contact. other than these, no mail will sent to others.
 in which mail we can hide the email address?

 can you please let me explain in detail about this problem if i am wrong.
